How do I track my order?

We'll send you emails to update you on the progress of your order, or you can check its progress in the Orders section of your account. You can also give us a call, and we'll be happy to provide tracking information.


Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via USPS and FedEx.


Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package in your mailbox, at the door or with your doorman.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses. However we are able to ship international addresses.


What happens if my package gets lost?

All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods classified as e-liquid & e-juice, replacement atomizer coils, high-end mods or batteries cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Replicas (unless it is a manufacture defect)

- E-Liquids

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


When will my order ship? 

Most orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. If you place your order Friday-Sunday, your order will ship out the following Monday. 

If the item your ordering is on pre-order we'll ship it out as soon as it's back in stock. Please note that we'll hold your order till all items are in stock unless you contact us to make special arrangements. 

Where is my tracking number? 

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is Failed Verification?

Due to FDA regulations and state laws we need to verify your age before we can ship out your order. 

Please look for an email from verification partner or we'll send you instructions on how to manually verify. If you do not want to verify your age online then we will require an adult signature that matches the order name. Let us know if you have any questions. 

If you fail to provide age verification we will cancel and refund you order after 14 business days.
